The report presents the activity of CNCD during 2019, as a quasi-judicial Equality Body.
It concludes that most petitions submitted in 2019 with CNCD for discrimination are related to membership to a social group, disability and nationality. In terms of thematic areas of discrimination, the report indicates that most petitions were related to employment or work relations, protection of personal dignity, access to services and access to education.
The Report also refers to other activities undertaken by CNCD, such as delivery of training for various professional groups, in partnership with non-governmental organisations or public institutions.
